Qiuck update on our Jaladi Grama Bharathi Medical camp 2012 (August 26th 2012)
I Know people are waiting for update on our first ever prestigious medical camp.
Apologies. It was a busy work week after coming from Medical camp.Doctors
Yes, It Happened, I should not say any thing about it,
Just you should call our Jaladians and ask a word about it.
15 Doctors (ortho,dentist,pediatrics, cardiologist, Gynecologist, couple of physicians)
25 Volunteers.
550 registrations
550 Plant saplings
Rs. 50,000 worth Medicines (suppliments, tonics, ointments, what not)
600 Apples
Lunch and Snacks for 100 Volunteers
Jaladi Grama Bharathi logo color prescriptions
Grama Bharathi Badges
Nice pamphlets which talk about our ideals
All together it is just a co-ordination effort from all of us.

I never believed in serving people.
I always preferred serving village but not people.
But for the first time I feel joy in serving people in need especially old aged.
Old aged People wanted to hear their problems. What If 15 doctors and 25 Volunteers at one place are happy to listen to them and get advised with handful of little supplement medicines. That is what happened to make our volunteers work restlessly for 3 days making arrangements here and there.
I take this opportunity to thank us all who stay out of our Village and in around the world supported by giving contributions , People all the way traveling from Hyderabad to Jaladi keeping theirr busy schedules aside, Working hard to receive patients and doctors, people stay in Jaladi and took all the necessary steps from registrations to readying the venue etc.
Still it does not go away from my mind enjoying the moments of serving people, guiding them to the respective doctors, assisting them taking required medicines, quarreling with them to keep them waiting in line, people taking away the tree saplings as per their wish and so on.
I am more happy this time that people staying in our Village really stand beside us to do what we wanted to do. Infact they are taking care of growing trees all the time. Do not be surprised if next time you visit our village and see lot of greenery that what you thought of.

Your mail is really good having all the details at one place.
I see almost all our villagers staying outside the village are coming foward doing monetary contributons.
More and more people are wanted to be part of the Grama bharathi activities and showing more intereset than ever before in the last 3 years when we have started Grama Bharathi activities.
Also, we should Thank to those many people who are not from our Village but contributing generosuly for a cause with the name Grama bharathi.
This is really a sign of gratitude for us to work more for our Village and see it in a better place.
I wish people who stay in Hyderabad should attend this medical camp event on 15th and 16th August, 2012.
We should show to our villagers who have recently started showing interest (Yes, They are really talking about the grown up tress that we have planted and shadowing their way protecting from heat sun and flowing cool breezes), that we really meant to do some thing to our village.

We got New logo for our Grama Bhrathi, Jaladi to reflect more of our ideals.

We are planning to wear this logo badges on coming medical camp event date (25th and 26th August) in Jaladi. I am more excited and waiting to wear this. How about you?
